Fasclad, Inc. specializes in the fabrication & installation of glass and aluminum products for more than 5 years now. Our senior technical and production staff have vast experience in design, engineering, and production which is based on European standards.
PRODUCT AND FABRICATION
In 2005, we completed upgrading our facility with fully-equipped fabrication, machining, and conveyor type assembly line for producing pre-fabricated, unitized, four sides structural glazed curtain wall and window wall panels. New equipment were also added to ensure not only clean cut, but also accurate and precise dimensions in machining and fabricating required sizes and shapes for our extruded aluminum framing components.
ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANELS
Our subsidiary company, Multiple Options, Inc., is the exclusive distributor of ALUCOBOND - a German aluminum composite panel product used for cladding systems of high-profile buildings. It also supplies various building finishing materials such as automatic sensor-type or manual door closers, revolving door systems, fixing accessories, and other related products.
PROJECT AND SITE MANAGEMENT
Our other company, Glastar, Inc., is specialized in glazing and cladding and has been serving the local construction industry for over 15 years now. In 2010, it has started to provide complete site management services to a top international Italian façade company for their projects in Manila namely ECO Tower (BGC), Ascott Residence (BGC), Lopez Tower (Rockwell Makati), One World Place Building (BGC), and MDI Building (BGC).
